Responsibilities: As a Business Operations Specialist at CloudHiro, you will focus on the following key areas:​

• HR & Recruitment: Recruiting talents for technical roles and ensuring alignment with company needs. You will manage the recruitment process, from posting job openings to screening candidates and making hiring recommendations.

• Marketing: Assisting with the company’s digital presence, including creating LinkedIn posts to keep the community informed and engaged. Your role will ensure CloudHiro maintains a professional and engaging online presence.

• Operations & Logistics: Overseeing and optimizing daily operations to improve efficiency. You will focus on streamlining processes to ensure smooth operations across departments and increase productivity.

• Operations Coordination: Overseeing scheduling, meeting arrangements, and time optimization for executives. Ensuring executives' time is managed effectively and that meetings run efficiently.

• Sales & Lead Generation: Supporting the sales team by assisting with lead generation and business development efforts. Your role will help drive new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.

• Internal Event Organization & Employee Well-Being: Organizing internal company events, such as team-building days, and ensuring the well-being of employees within the organization. You will plan events to foster team cohesion and ensure that the work environment supports employee satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management (preferable)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, business operations, or a similar role

• Strong ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Creative thinking with the ability to approach challenges from different perspectives

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

• Previous experience working in small companies or startups (preferable).

• Proficiency in Office Software: Strong knowledge and proficiency in Office tools, including Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Google Drive, and similar platforms.

• High level of proficiency in English: Both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
